Therefore, I used to watch my beginner jog on the track for laps. After a some months, I began to follow my father and imitate his every rail movement including hand swing, breathing and footsteps. Amidst the jog, my father would memorize me the correct jogging posture as it can benefactor to save the runners energy and to prevent the runners from any physical injuries. Thus, when I consistently jog at the correct posture, my father would praise me, which indirectly back up me to jog correctly. This process is called operative conditioning.
