Juvenile Court is a court that has special jurisdiction oer delinquent and dependent children usu in ally up to the age of xviii (www.merriam-webster.com). Juvenile courts handle civil matters, usually concerning the care of a child or one whose parents cannot provide for them and venomous matters arising from asocial behavior by the child. The differences between an adult court and new-fangled court are that juveniles do not get judged in front of a jury deal in criminal courts. With my own experience in the juvenile court outline I got sent to a shelter care in Salisbury first as a chance of reforming. I was doing well for a little while until I got into around put out and got sent to a juvenile detention concentre for two years, and then they found me a place in Baltimore where I went to school on the premises and was around all females. I feel like juvenile courts are more lenient on children; just through my research I found that juveniles have stricter punishments as far as probation and sentencing. Lawcollective.org states that Minors tend to be lay on probation for longer periods than adults, and the conditions of their probation are usually more legion(predicate) and obnoxious, with additions such as curfews, getting adequate grades, behaving respectfully to parents, and so on When I was on probation I had to maintain my grades, maintain a job and abide by my mothers rules.
