Our Financial Company has triple in the last two years of business. We are now experiencing guest usefulness issues. This issue has caused the companionship to retain a naughty repetition in the finical department, because our nodes are not beingness receipts properly. I bequeath like to proposal a department change, if we divided the department up into two groups a customer service and a process department. With customer service being one of our top priority the changes get out be necessary satisfy our customers. By implementing a change we will be able to continue to grow and also cave in better repetition for the financial department.

Creating a customer service office will help the reduce the gentle level the company receives, less complaint and better reviews, the company will have the opportunity bring about proceeds, and growth bring about more assembly lines. By implementing the customer service department we are opening up more position on both sides even in the process area. Employees will have room to grow in their careers also. I feel with implementing the two new departments you will have a better effective and productive employees. The two job duties will work together improve the future of the company.
