Chapter 9: Television Violence.
Tonight I decided to turn on Charm School, Rock of Love, to reassessment for this project. Knowing the contexts of this show, it is a really good example of what children ages golf club and younger, or even from the age fifteen and younger should non watch this show. This show is a reality show well-nigh ladies from the Rock of Love, Brett Michaels show, where he picked a girl to date. These girls are really trashy, they dress very revealing, have very dirty mouths (drop the f-bomb both other word), and they are very destructive to themselves and the other women on the show. Within the first fifteen minutes I was overt to upsurges of explicit language. The girls were very foc economic consumptiond on strike back and cutting each other done. They used a lot of sexual references and degraded women entirely. This show should not be viewed by a child cabaret and younger, or as a matter a fact shouldn’t be viewed by anyone.
A show that I would consider acceptable for children nine and under would be Go Diego Go! In the incident that I watched the King Humpback Whale’s drool was caught under a sunken ship. There were no acts of military force in this show. It used two languages, English and Spanish.
Diego, the main example would ask the child that is watching the show to participate. They would sing and dance, use problem solving methods, exposed technology like a digital camera, promotes helping out, and teaches facts. This is a good show for children because it’s a learningand interacting show.
My opinions stay the same, after watching three diametric programs. Children do what they see.
