Wal-Mart employs around 2 million associates around the world.
This essay focuses on how Wal-Marts decisions affect individual stakeholders.
Firstly, shareholders, they are the people who require invested bullion into this company. They want a return on their enthronisation and care only about making profits. The fact that Wal-Mart sack up so much profit indicates that its shareholder receive gamy sums of dividends. The shareholders meet annually, to elect the board of directors. The Board is totally trustworthy to the shareholders.
Now we will focus on the employees of Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart refers to their employees as associates. Businesses do not necessarily treat their employees well, and neither does Wal-Mart pays their associates unacceptably pitiable stipend, to the extent that some of the employees cannot afford their basic needs.



Most tenders cut down their wages on buying the products at Wal-Mart; thus the money they make goes back into the corporation. Moreover, they do not have comme il faut medical insurance. The insurance Wal-Mart offers to their employees covers a very small balance of the medication fee. Their family members do not get insured either. Wal-Mart believes that employees guide receive public (governmental) assistance for healthcare since they are paid taxes.
