As Thomas Jefferson said in 1776, when the sight fear their presidential term, there is tyranny; when the brass fears the battalion, there is closeness. A political sympathiess cause does non make do from the government itself, but from the deal establishing a constitution for the government to follow. However, many governments go outside of their agreed constitutions with its hatful and mop up up filling their people with fear because of the misuse of power. When people fear their government, their power vanishes and the government begins its rise to claim more power. The principle of government is founded on the basis that it is of the people, by the people, and in the end for the people (Declaration of Independence). In no way should the government take more power than they are given and f payen their people to the point where they do not kiosk up for canonical civil rights. When a government has more power than they should because its people are scared of the government, it is an individuals responsibility to stand up for their elemental human rights.
Due to the fear of the government people have, their human rights are stripped from them without any accede; a person must stand up to the government in order to gain these rights back.
In the 1990s when the Hutu power of Rwanda rose to power, some Hutus and all Tutsis were frightened of the crude political power. Not only were the Hutus in power, but the Rwandan government linked their forces. The Tutsis were obviously scared because if they even spoke of and freedoms or problems to the new government, they were killed on site. Why? In order to show more power to the Tutsis and get them more scared. The UDHR states a person has the right to an equal trial by jury, which the Hutu power did not grant. One individual took the responsibility to protect the Tutsis along with his basic rights.
