Introduction
The need for information engineering (IT) has increased over the old age for health guardianship physical compositions to have a competitive benefit in the health care industry. If proper planning, developing, and managing occur, information technology will allow a health care fundamental law run more efficiently, smoothly and more success uprighty with a greater possibility of fewer errors. Information systems planned for health care organizations have to meet the guidelines and standards that are required by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to ensure patient of privacy and security. This paper will offer a picture explanation on the process for acquiring an information system, how the organizations goals affect the choice of an information system and what federal agency each of the organizations stakeholders performs in the science process.
Systems Development Life Cycle
As with any project, the process of implementing something new has its stages and phases. Information systems have a systems development disembodied spirit daily round. A systems development life cycle is basically the same as the steps used in project management when qualification changes in an organization.



Project Management is broken down into quintette process groups: initiating, planning, execution, monitor and control and closing. A systems development life cycle is much the same. A systems development life cycle is the process in which an organization plans, selects, implements, and evaluates a health care information system (Garrison, 2012).
